Data we collect
Only what you give us in the contact form or by email: name, email, phone, company, number of stores or people and your message. We do not collect data without your consent.
Purpose
To answer your request, prepare a training proposal and, if it is contracted, manage the relationship with your company. We do not send marketing communications unless you ask.
Legal basis
Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual or contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention and recipients
We keep data for as long as needed to handle the request and, where applicable, for the periods required by law. Data is not shared with third parties unless legally required. Email is handled by our email provider, acting as data processor.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@barronvisual.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
